I alway thought Lili was another Child of Nina like Steve since her "Father" had ties to the Zaibatsu and Lili has an urge to fight that she can't explain. Nina spent almost twenty years in cryo sleep at the Zaibatsu and they only had her produce one kid? Really? Hell Lili could just as well be Anna's kid too since she went through the same process and Lili Attitude is more Anna like.
